Family Premium - can't register

unfortunately weile trying to join the familiy's premium Account there is always the same error: 3 - Oops something went wrong, please try again.

Nevermind how often i try- same result... Any ideas?

That's odd.

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies?

I have the same problem, except once all the information to register my daughter has been entered, I go through the google captcha click register and the waiting wheel spins forever - I have tried three different PC's, with three different browsers (Firefox, Edge and IE) - All on Windows 10. I have used two different e-mail addresses but continuously the correct name, birthday etc.

I have withdrawn the invite and sent it out again - no matter what I do I keep getting teh waiting wheel and nothing further happens. Have left it for 30 minutes but just stays where it is.

It is a Family Premium account as well.
