Family Premium

Family Premium

we've had a family account and this morning i received an email asking if i had changed email addresses and i responded No. I then had to send proof of payment and change my password. Now it says I only have Premium and the rest of my Family cannot access their playlist and songs. What do we do??

Just to check, is this still happening?

If so and you've been in touch with Support about this already, we'd recommend reaching back out to the folks there. They'll be able to continue helping and get you rocking with the plan again.
