Family Subscription - 2 of my family registered correctly and two more are not able to do it

hi,

 

2 of my family registered correctly writing my address. The other 2 people are not able to register. What is the problem?

i am one month with this problem without any solution.

I did the registration with private browsing. You should browse the web in spy mode or private browsing.

That solved my problem.
