Family Subscription Only Allows Spotify Free

Just found out from my kids that our family subscription has turned everyone to Free only.

Can't access the website to login or reach support.

Let's try inviting your family members back to the Premium for Family plan from your account. I suggest using a different browser or an incognito window to do so.

Let me know if they receive the invite and if they're able to join.
