Family member cannot use family plan

Family member cannot use family plan

Hi,

 

My family member cannot use family plan. What do i have to do?

Hey @RichardKivimae,

you have to invite your family members to your family plan.

 

To invite someone to your family 

  1. Go to your family Overview here.
  2. Enter the name and email address of your family member.
  3. Click send invite
  4. Your family member should have received an invitation mail.
  5. When he/she accepts it you will get an confirmation mail.

If you can’t see the invite button try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser or use another browser.
