Cant add family member

Cant add family member

I cant add my wife to my family subscription account. This is rediculous. I am entering everything correct, still it says 'oops you coundnt join to this family account'.

 

Why not? No clue. It says 'oh pls check the FAQ'. As if FAQ is of any help.

 

This **bleep**. If I cant solve this, I will close my premium account and start apple music.

 

There  is no customer service, no email to write to, which also **bleep**.

 

Somebody help pls

Hey @murattabanli,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
