Family members deleted

I don't understand, why Spotify deletes family members of my account. When they confirmed their adress, Spotify claims that they don't live at my adress, which is not true! Can you please let me add my members again!

I have the same problem. Two of my members are deleted and reinvite again it said Spotify cannot confirm we live on the same address even location is turned on.

I have the same problem. My wife was deleted.

I can't understand how they mess up it.
