Family members getting removed from Family Plan

Hi

Just about two months ago we set up a family plan. At the end of month two all of them got removed from the plan saying that their adresss coundn't be verified. We all live in the same flat in Karlovy Vary CZ and we have all entered this flat's adress and yet all of them got kicked. Is it possible that I as an administrator might have misspelled the adress in my own account even though I've got it set up using facebook? Thanks in advance and sorry for my terrible english.
