Family package - how to set up for children

Hey guys,

I have bought spotify family and have problems setting it up for our children.

It was no problem for my wife (I sent her the email and she can use it now). Our children are too young to have their own email adress so I´m struggling here. I used my email adress for our children. How do I configure Spotify on their tablets (they both own a Amazon fire for kids). I installed spotify but if I logon with my account I don´t see any possibility to change the account.

Does every user need their own email adress and password?

How can I configure Spotify on their tablets?

Thank you so much for posting your issue to the Community - I'm here to help!

Unfortunately, this is a bit of a sticky situation. For an account to be used for Spotify Premium for Family, there needs to be an email address that isn't used with another account, and it doesn't seem that that's possible here, if they're underage for the email provider. 

Moreover, your children would need to be 13 years or older to create an account on Spotify. Find out about the age requirements of creating a Spotify account here: https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/#s1

Your kids, however, are free to explore the world of Music on Spotify under your supervision and your account.
