Family plan entered the wrong info

Family plan entered the wrong info

Hi,

 

I was starting a family plan and entered the wrong info....I put my last name as the street address and put street number as my full street address including the number. I would like this corrected who can i contact?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

Right now, the address used for the Premium for Family plan can't be modified. The only way to do this is to cancel the current subscription and resubscribe once the account goes back to Free.

 

We suggest contacting our Support team via Facebook or Twitter. They'll take a look at your account and help you out as soon as possible.

Hi, I had the same had just entered with the name and surname wrong. I thought I immediately invited someone. I had first canceled my subscription and then immediately done it again, but I still have the same. Do I have to wait a day or there is another solution.
