Family plan not working

No matter what I try to add someone to my spotify family account it just pops up blank (I tried to take a screenshot of the page to show what I mean but my keyboard does not seem to want to screenshot) therefore I can not add any of my family members to my Spotify Family Plan, I'd like to know how to add someone or if there was a different way to do it because I am currently paying for Spotify's Family Plan when I'm the only person on the plan. So a siolution to that would be greatly appreciated.
