My Question or Issue

Need help, having a Family plan, me and my daughter. We have two accounts on Spotify but still can’t use our Spotify-apps at the same time.

Hey @Pans16, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you both check your accounts on the Spotify mobile app by going to Settings (gear icon) > Account and let me know if the usernames match on both your and your her device?
