Family premium disjoint

Family premium disjoint

I signed my brother as a family member at some point his account has been deleted from my family premium and now he cant join because it says our addresses dont match can somebody help me ?

But i dont want to open a new account i have things in my account 

And also there this problem in the beginning i entered right address even though it doesnt accept
