Family premium invite ping family

Hi,

im trying to invite my son and every time he tried to accept the invite it says he has to live in the same country as the owner, which is me, and he does! No idea why it is doing this, can you help please. We both live in the same house in the UK.

Do you or does your son use any VPN- services or similar? They may make it look like the computer or phone would be in different country even if it really doesn't.
