Family premium stoped working

Family premium stoped working

I’m part of a premium family account, a member not the bill payer. My premium has randomly stopped work and is now showing as a free account. Everyone else’s account is still showing as premium apart from mine. How can I sort this out - we are paying for the 6 accounts after all.

have you tried to join the Family account again?

If so and it doesn't work, what error message do you get?

I have the same problem, but I am the accoubt hinder and payee, my three family membrers have Premium but I only “free”, what to do? I also have a new iPhone?
