Family premium

Can anyone help.... I've subscribed to family sharing today... however only one of us can listen at one time. I think it's because I've logged us all in under my details? How do I log others out and create them a new log in? Will their playlists be saved? Do I then have to invite them (again) to be part of the family sharing? 

Please help ..... I'm loosing the will to continue!

Hey @alicer512,

your Family members have to create their own accounts and then you have to invite them to your family.

 

To invite someone to your family 

  1. Go to your family Overview here.
  2. Enter the name and email address of your family member.
  3. Click send invite
  4. Your family member should have received an invitation mail.
  5. When he/she accepts it you will get an confirmation mail.

If you can’t see the invite button try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser or use another browser.
