Family premium

Hi, I have subscribed for family premium with one email account and have invited my wife and my daughter to join. They both accepted the invitation and have spitify family premium activated. The problem/question I have is the following: if two or all three of us wish to listen to spotify on different devices at the same time, this does not work. If the first listens to spotify on device one and the second family member starts spotify on a different device thereafter, the second member kicks out the first member who is listening on a completely different device. What is the solution to this nasty problem? Any proposals, thank you very much. Beat
