Family subscription invite page

Hi, after purchasing a family membership for Spotify premium, I am not able to add accounts to the plan. The page brings up a small white box as opposed to the invite button. This is when I can get passed the page that reads:

We're all mixed up

Refresh this page or try again later. It may take some time to get things up again.

Hey @brigitte11278,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

I have the same problem and cannot solve it. I have been paying for the family service without being able to add members. What should I do?

It worked for me when I logged in using a different device.
