Hello there,

I have got some problems from using spotify premium for family. Last month, my family member and I started using spotify premium for family. Some members used to live in different house so at first they informed different addresses.  After a month of using, spotify sent us a quick update about our subscription. We then forgot to confirm the address to show that we live in the same house.

Therefore, we were kicked out from using spotify premium for family.


Is there anything I can do to confirm the address? Can our family be back in using spotify premium for family again?
