Family subscription

Hi 

I am part of my brothers family subscription but for some reason my account status has been changed to the free subscription and no longer premium? However my brother has said that i am still on his account and everything om his end is fine? 

Why is mine not working then?

Hey @Maloo81,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

If this doesn't work, ask your brother to put you out of the family account and reinvite you to it.
