My Question or Issue

 Hey! We do have a spotify family, but after one month all of us were removed from spotify premium except for the owner. The owner resended invitations to us for a few times but no one can login. What should we do?

This is an issue that a lot of Premium for Family users experience. The best way to go about this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account and see what's happening behind the scenes.

I tried to find some answers, but I didn't. Everywhere the solution for this problem is the same: to make sure that address is same. But we are sure that address is fine. So now we just been charged and only one of us can use spotify premium.
