My Question or Issue

Bonjour, j'ai manifesté mon interet pour l'offre google home mini et, lorsque je suis le lien reçu par email, la remise ne s'applique pas sur le panier google, auriez vous des solutions ?

In this case, I suggest that you be in touch with the Customer Support to get help directly with Spotify.

About your issue, could you try to use another browser or device to claim the Google Home, please?

I tried with 3 different devices and browsers but none of them worked 😞
