Have premium and Family set up but no screen to manage?

Have premium and Family set up but no screen to manage?

As the title says I have premium and Family set up but no screen to manage?

I log into my account but when i click the manage family and/or remove add family member the screen appears as mostly black screen  with a white bar at the top and no writing on it. Been like it a few weeks and need to remove a family member?

Please try again, this time using different browsers in your computer and let me know if that helps.

 

You can also clear the browser's cache.

I'm having this same issue. I can't manage my Premium Family members. I've tried using three different browsers (cleared the cache in all) and nothing works. 

 

This is is very frustrating.

Could you please try again, this time using a computer?

 

If not, maybe reinstalling the app on your iPad could help.

I am having the same issue.  Very frustrating!!!

I tried my PC using Windows 8 with no success.  FUrther, there’s no option on the Spotify app to manage my account setting — it only lists my username and subscription type (Premium). Nevertheless, I deleted the app and reinstalled it just to be sure that I wasn’t missing something. 

 

No luck. Still a blank screen when I choose "Manage family members."

Ok @MarianneRDavis,

 

It looks like a browser issue. Which one are you using when trying to do it?

 

Could you please try accessing the Spotify Premium for Families page on another browser? Another device maybe?
