Having difficulties onboard a family member

I am trying to figure out how family membership works. We all live at the same adress. I have sent invites to my family members but then, then when I am accepting the invite I am getting to a page where I register my daughters name. And when trying to register it just times out. absolutely nothing happens apart from the spinning wheel. 

So my ASK - am I using the wrong method for onboarding. Should I register an account for each family mamber after clicking on the invite?

Hello @wasilche

You are using the right proccess - you can attach existing accounts to your family subscription. Can you please try using a different internet browser when accepting the invite from you daughters account ? Sometimes that is the problem.
