Hi there,

 

Welcome to the Spotify Community! I hope you don't mind me replying in English as it's the official language on the forum.

 

Note that members can only switch Family plans once a year, so if they've already done that they won't be able to join your Family plan until the lockout period expires.

 

Also, if there’s any information entered by an invited member that we can’t confirm, we’ll send them an email to reverify. They just need to enter their full address within 7 days of getting the email.

 

If the email verification is successful, the account will stay on Premium Family.

 

If the email verification fails or they miss the 7 day window, the invited member's account loses access to the plan and switches to free. They can’t join any Family or Duo plan for 12 months from the date the verification failed, but they can go to https://spotify.com/premium/ to see other plans they’re eligible for.
