Thanks for reaching out.
It’s not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.
If you move or enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account (make sure you cancel the plan on your old account beforehand, and sign out everywhere) and subscribe to Premium for Family on that new account.

It's just unfortunate because if I move, then I'd have to lose all my playlists, followers, etc. I'm going to have to submit the option to change your address as an idea.

With all due respect to the developers and support, how in the world can you have a product this widely used and force people who move to replace an account they've potentially had for years?
The updating of an address in your database should NOT require that. Either your support teams are misinformed or the database is in serious need of attention.
