Hey there @Momiitap,
Thank you for posting on the Community! Hope you don't mind us relying in English, as it is the official Community language.
In order to join a Family plan, your subscription type first needs to be switched to free 🙂
If you're a Duo member, you may ask the person who manages the Duo plan to remove you from it.
Let us know if any further issues arise.
Cheers!
Yo cambie mi plan de duo a gratuito y aun asi no me deja unirme al plan familiar, y eso que puse bien la direccion
Hey @luchialo05,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!
Hope you don't mind me replying in English! If you have a Duo plan and want to switch to a Family one, you'll have to wait until your account reverts to the free service after you've cancelled your current subscription. If your current Duo plan has a member, make sure to let them know that their account will also be reverted to the free service. You can check when that will happen on your account page and ask the Family plan owner to invite you again afterwards.
Hope this helps.
tengo un plan premium familiar, cuento con dos miembros disponibles, se lo comparto a un familiar y no puede ingresar teniendo la misma direccion, estoy apunto de cancelar mi plan por no poder acceder
Hey @madiantuz,
Thanks for reaching out in this thread!
Just to check, does opening the invite using different device or another internet connection make any difference? Your family members can also try opening the invite link in an incognito/private window in the browser. You can also find more details on joining the Family plan on this page. Feel free to check it, if you haven't already.
Keep in mind, as mentioned earlier in the thread, that if they're currently the owner of their own Duo or Family plan, or if they're paying for Premium via one of our partners, they won't be able to join your Family plan at the moment. In that case, they need to cancel their subscriptions and wait for the accounts to revert to the free service. After completing these steps, they should be able to join your plan.
Should the issue persist, however, could you let us know if your family members are seeing any specific error messages when they're trying to accept the invite? If possible, you can send us screenshots of the error(s), just make sure it doesn't include any personal details.
Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.
