I can't change my country setting

I used to live in FR but moved away. I am now in Germany, my payment method is German and my Adress in my profile is German. However I can't change the country in my profile and hence cannot create a family account with my brother. I upgraded to the Premium Family for that purpose and now it doesn't work at all. Impossible to find a number to call or get help. Your support page is a joke.

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through the dropdown menu here.

Once that's done, you can subscribe to a plan using your payment method that's been issued in your new country at https://spotify.com/premium.
