I can't join Duo as a member. The link transfer me to Google Play account

When I click to invitation link, the app transfer me to Subscription page (Google Play account). I just cancelled my individual subscription and I can use the app until 16 of October. But I want just switch it to Duo plan and already have my invitation. What I do wrong?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Since you’re paying for Spotify Premium through Google Play, you’re being redirected because users can only switch plans if they keep Google Play as the payment method.

Since you’ve already canceled, just wait for your current subscription to expire, and then request a new invite to the Premium Duo plan. 🙂
