I can't join into the Family's plan where my bro magange's in same house!

I tried so many times to join into the familiar plan where my brother manage the plan, we live at the same house and I can't add my address due to I can write it. Recently I was suscribed at Student plan, but he offered me a place in it and I tried to join but I can't.
