I can't join my family plan, I was apart of it and its the same people

I can't join my family plan, I was apart of it and its the same people

Our family plan ended and my mom switched the payment method and restarted our plan up but now I am unable to join because it said I was apart of a plan already

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, you can only switch plans once every 12 months. During that time, you can always re-join the plan you were last in.

 

In this case, it sounds like your mom might have subscribed to Premium Family on a different account than the one she initially used, so I recommend having her check this page, as it should show multiple payments from the past if she's using the same account as before.
