My Question or Issue
 
Hi. I was using Spotify Premium for Family for 4-5 months. We canceled our first plan and created another plan with my family. I used it for a month. And Spotify sent me a mail that said we can't confirm your address. I didn't see the email. Now I am kicked out from the Family account. Now when the owner of the family account sends me the invitation to family, i can't join the family account even if i enter the correct adress information. Help me. We paid but I can't join. It says You couldn't join this Family plan.

This seems to be a common issue with the family premium plan as Spotify tries to prevent the exploitation of this subscription method. Check out this article which outlines possible solutions to many family premium issues (namely deleting the invitation and resending it).
