I can't upgrade to family premium.

Currently I'm an individual premium account holder. I'm trying to upgrade to Family Premium and it's not letting me. I get the following message: error
Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method.
I have a stored payment method already.
