I cant join to the family account

I recived the email from my dad to join the family account and i fill all the requirements and it doesnt let me be in the account.

Are you getting any error messages when trying to join the plan? A screenshot of what you see on your end would really help.

In the meantime, try using a different browser or an incognito window to join the plan.
