I invited family member but address does not match even though it's correct

I invited family member but address does not match even though it's correct

I invited family member to my Spotify premium subscription. He enters the correct address (exactly the same as in my profile), however, Spotify still says it does not match. How can I add my brother then?

Hey there! I am happy to help.

 

Can you make sure that he is at the same physical address as you at the time of signup? Then, please send him another invite following these steps. Once he accepts it, make sure he verifies his address using a different browser or private window.
