Trying to get the random button beside the play button on my wife’s phone and even trying to delete app and turning phone off did not fix the problem. Please help

Is she using an iOS device? Our tech folks are testing out changes to the UI for some iOS users. Still, it's worth asking her to log out and sign in to her account - this will trigger an internal refresh of the app.
