I mistakenly assumed the Family plan would have Hulu..

I mistakenly assumed the Family plan would have Hulu..

I upgraded from premium to family, lost Hulu.  I canceled Family, but now i have to wait 14 days or so before it will put me back on Premium.  How can I cancel family plan Now, and get back to Premium.

how do i expedite the plan cancel.

Hey @galaara98, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

When you change plans from Premium for Family to standard Premium, you'll have to wait until the end of your current billing cycle.

 

For example - if your billing date was on (12/1) and you changed plans on (11/20), you'd have to wait until (12/1) since that's when the new plan would take in place.

 

In your case, yes you'd have to wait until your next billing cycle for the change to take place.
