I payed but is still free (Premium for Family)

I payed but is still free (Premium for Family)

I payed for Spotify Premium for Family but the account is free (just for me, nof the others members. At the moment I'm abroad, but could be this a problem?

Hey @chiarac! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

Yes, this causes the problem.

You need to be in the same country, where the Spotify Family admin account is set up.

Your account should convert to Spotify Premium again after you've returned from abroad. ^^

I payed for the account for family, but my moms account is still as Spotify free. I have already logged out, canceled her invitation and then did it again.. the system says she's premium and that's everything ok, but when she starts using it, it comes with the ads, she can't pass the songs, as if she is a free user.. but she's not! Don't know what to do anymore..
