I updated payment method - family members dissapeared

I updated payment method - family members dissapeared

Hi, my card entered as a payment method expired and I got "paused". When I updated my payment method in my Family Premium account, all of my family members was gone. Do I really need to put them back manually? Why this happened, if I've been as you call it "paused"?

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

If your subscription is currently paused, it would be due to the fact that your last Spotify payment didn't go through successfully.

In such case, you can find some more info about what to do next here.

 

Once you've re-subscribed to Premium Family successfully, you should be able to invite again your family members with no issues.
