Is there any thing else then a kids account?

My Kids are to young for a regular account, however the kids account I have downloades is to baby for them. As I have to invite them it is in my responsibility what they search

Spotify is designed to be appropriate for listeners 13+ years of age, although the minimum age for using the service varies according to local law. You can find the minimum age for your market in the sign-up flow. 

If your kid is below that age, you can use Spotify Kids. There's, unfortunately, no alternate option/something in between a regular account and Spotify Kids.
