Issue with my family Spotify

I was randomly removed from my family Spotify and every time I try to get back onto it, it won’t let me join?

Hey @Stevie-rose,

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

 

If Spotify’s unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan.

 

If this happens, you may restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription. Or check out the other trials and offers.
