LOS USUARIOS DE MI PLAN FAMILIAR HAN SIDO ELIMINADOS AUTOMATICAMENTE Y NO PUEDEN REINGRESAR AL OLAN

Buenas noches, hace un mes que contraté el servicio de plan familiar premium, no hubo ningún problema hasta el día de hoy, los miembros de mi plan no pueden ingresar por alguna extraña razon les sale el mensaje "no es posible sumarte a este plan familiar". Espero me puedan ayudar. Gracias!

I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address as stated on the T&Cs.

 

If your family members don't live with you and can't verify the address, they won't be able to join the plan. However, they can get the regular Premium subscription here.
