Me piden que ingrese la dirección pero no aparece dónde meter la dirección

Me piden que ingrese la dirección pero no aparece dónde meter la dirección

Me ha llegado un mensaje indicando que debo validar la dirección para continuar en mi plan familiar, pero al acceder a la dirección de la cuenta únicamente aparece para editar si soy de Península y Baleares, canarias, etc, no me deja ingresar la dirección ni aparece nada mas.

Sorry to see you've been having verification issues! Hope you don't mind us replying in English, it's the official Community language 🙂


Make sure you're not using any VPN services when going through the verification process. In case you aren't using any but the error still persists, you can try the following workaround:

If you haven’t tried a Plus Code yet, you can give that a go - you can find the Plus Code for your address here on Google Maps, which will be a combination of letters and numbers in the format XXXX+XX. The plan manager will need to update their address first.

Note: If they run into an error while entering the Plus Code, they can try adding the city and country after it. 

After the address update, you can re-try the verification steps, typing in the Google Plus code instead of the address.
