Superuser Contribution Manage Members not working (Family plan)

Hello everyone,I'd like to add someone to my family plan but when I open the "Manage Members" section the option to add someone does not show up. Could anyone give me a hand please? Thank you!

Cannot verify my address _ keeps saying try again

I am part of a family plan. I was asked to verify my address but when I enter the address, it says try again. When I put only the street name, it says it doesnt match the address on the account!
