My Question or Issue

My Dad had his profile attached to my family account but it somehow got deleted when he went overseas. Is there a way to get it attached again to the Family Account?

Thanks for reaching out.

Every member of a Premium Family plan is using their own, individual Spotify account, so accounts won't get deleted when they are removed from the plan for any reason. He should be able to locate his account using these steps.

The manager of the Premium Family plan should be able to send him a new invite following these steps.
