Members of the Family Plan suddenly became unsubscribed

Hello Spotify,

 

We are currently subcribed to your Family Plan for a year now and things are working good. We have experienced an issue before to one of our members that she became unsubscribed (not premium) for about a couple of days. All she did is to log out her account and log it in back again. That was way way months ago. Now, 4 out of 5 of us became unsubscribed and we tried logging out and in nothing happened. Im much much sure that we are paying the right amount and our bank accout we are using for the payment is not (or never been) empty.
