My husband can't play his music

My husband can't play his music

afternoon everyone.

We have the premium family account.  I have invited my husband and daughter and they have replied.  Their accounts ar showing active but if I am playing music, neither of them can play music on their devices. They receive the message : Spotify has been paused because your account is being used somewhere else.

Can anyone help?
