My kids who live with me can't sign up to the family account

My kids who live with me can't sign up to the family account

I missed payment and had to update it later on. But now my kids who were in the family account can no longer join it again. We were originally living in the Philippines but recently moved to Canada. However, I saw in one FAQ that there really is no need to update our addresses as long as we are still all living in the same house - and we still do. Now they can't get premium even if it's already been paid for. What should I do?

In this case, you'll need to make sure that all accounts have the same country setting set. Otherwise, they won't be able to join 🙂
