Mudamos nosso plano duo para familia , mais não estamos conseguindo migrar ,endereço errado. Mais conferi na minha conta e da minha esposa consta o mesmo endereço. Não entendi?

Hey there!

 

Thanks for reaching out; hope you don't mind us replying in English 🙂

I've seen this error pop up when the previous plan has not been fully cancelled before you attempt switching it.
Note that all accounts have to first move to the free tier, after which you should be able to switch to Duo without any issues.
Tip: Only one switch to a different Duo/ Family plan is possible within 12 months.
