New member to the Family subscription

Hi, 

I was and I'm still a premium user and I decided to subscribe to the Family offer. I've invited my father who live with me at the same address.

Unfortunately when he opens a playlist created by somebody else, he only has access to the Shuffle play and he can't not select a song from this Playlist.

Could you please help me in order to be allowed to select directly a song. (Please find attached a screenshot from his Iphone). All the song are in a grey colour.
